No worries β RentRedi makes it easy to connect the applicant to the correct unit using the same email address they used for their application. π
Follow the steps below to add the applicant to a different unit.
Step-By-Step: Adding the Applicant to your Preferred Unit
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Properties tab.
Select the unit you want to assign the tenant to.
You will see a Tenants section on the right-hand side.
Click Add New.
Enter the tenant's info
First and last name
Use the same email address the applicant used when applying.
Phone number
Click Add Tenant.
Done! π
Alternative Method: Add Through the Renters Tab
You can also add the applicant from the Renters tab:
Go to the Renters tab on your dashboard.
Click Add.
Enter the same email address used on the application.
Follow the prompts to assign them to the correct property and unit.
Tip: Make sure to use the same email address the applicant used when submitting their application. This allows RentRedi to automatically link their application details to their tenant profile.
