Want a lease to continue month-to-month after the initial term ends? No problem!š
You can convert an existing fixed-term or expired lease to month-to-month and keep rent charges going automatically.
Convert an Existing Lease to Month-to-Month
From your RentRedi dashboard, go to Properties.
Select the unit.
On the Overview tab, find the Lease Details card.
Click the ā® menu ā Select Convert to Month-to-Month.
Select the date when the month-to-month lease should begin.
Review the upcoming charges. You'll see a preview of the recurring monthly charges that will be created automatically.
Click Convert.
What Happens Next?
Once converted, the lease will continue on a month-to-month basis starting on the selected date, and RentRedi will automatically create recurring rent charges each month.
The month-to-month lease will continue until you update it with a specific end date or make other changes to the lease.
