How tenant visibility works in RentRedi
RentRedi Tenants can only view their own personal information. Each tenant has an individual account, and information is not shared between tenants, even if they are assigned to the same unit.
Note:
The only time tenant information may be shared is when lease charges are shared. For example:
Roommates splitting rent, or
A guarantor making payments for a tenant
This means:
Adding a new tenant to a unit does not trigger a notification to the current tenant🔇
Tenants cannot see or access other tenants’ details 👓
Each tenant’s account remains private and separate 🔒
You can confidently add multiple tenants to the same unit without affecting or notifying existing tenants. 🎉
