Important note: During the Select Unit &amp; Tenants step, you'll see all tenants currently assigned to the unit. Simply uncheck the current tenant(s) and keep the moving-in tenant(s) selected when creating the charges.

This ensures the new charges are assigned only to your moving-in tenants, while your current tenants remain unaffected.
