Will New Tenants See Old Tenants' Charges?
Nope! 😄
When you create a charge, the "Viewed by" field is automatically set to the current tenants at that time. This ensures that:
New tenants will only see new charges.
Old tenants will continue to see their old charges.
Tenants never see each other’s charges.
As an additional tip, you can change who can view the charge in a few ways! When viewing a charge, you can do any of the following: 👇
Make the charge viewable to all current tenants: Click "View to all tenants."
This removes any prior/old tenants from viewing charges for current tenants
Add a tenant who’s not yet in the system: Click "Add a new tenant."
