How to View Pending Applications in RentRedi

Not seeing pending applications, how do i see sent applications, Sent Application Invites

Received a notification about a new application? Congratulations! 🎉

That means a prospective tenant has submitted their rental application. Follow the steps below to view and review applications in RentRedi. 😊

How to View Pending Applications: 👇

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Sidebar toggle to expand the left-hand menu.

  2. Click Leasing, then click Applications.

  3. You’ll automatically land on the Pending review tab, where all submitted applications awaiting a decision are displayed.

  4. Click on a pending application to review the prospective tenant’s information, supporting documents, and tenant screening.

➡️Important reminder for Pending Applications

Applications are not shown as pending review in the dashboard until the prospective tenant completes and submits the application. When the tenant submits their application, you will see it immediately under the Pending review tab in your Application dashboard.

After the tenant submits their application, you can accept or reject the application or request an update from the tenant if they're missing any information/documentation.

If you do not see an application in the Pending review tab, check with the prospective tenant to confirm they have fully completed and submitted the application on their end.

➡️Understanding “Pending Invites”

If you sent the prospective tenant an application invite, they will first appear under the Pending Invites tab.

Once the applicant submits their completed application, their status will automatically move from Pending Invites to Pending review in your Applications dashboard.

This helps you easily track:

  • Who has been invited

  • Which applicants have not yet submitted their applications

  • Which applications are ready for review
