After you sign up for rent reporting / credit boosting, you will see an "active" status on your Rent page!
To check the status, follow the instructions below!
From your RentRedi tenant app, tap the "Rent" icon
Look for the "Credit Boosting" section to check your active status!
Note: You will need to refresh the page for the status to be updated. Close and re-open the app. If the status still reads as inactive after submitting payment, please reach out to our support team using the blue chat button in the bottom righthand corner of the RentRedi app.
