For paying vendors, we do not currently issue payments directly to preferred vendors.
We only collect the invoice and send it to the landlord/owner. The owner is responsible for completing the billing at that point.
If the vendor is a Latchel's sourced contractor, we would issue a payment to the contractor directly.
