After a tenant submits a maintenance request with notes, the notes are no longer shared back with the tenant. (Many landlords will add internal details to the notes that they don't want shared with the tenant.)

If the landlord wants to share a list of maintenance requests with the tenant, they can create 1 maintenance request for each issue.

The tenant will be able to see the title of the issue and the status. This will typically be better for the landlord too since they have records of when they finished each task, in the case that they finish some before others.

If a tenant needs to provide a list of maintenance requests for documentation purposes, they should submit 1 maintenance request ticket per item to create an itemized list they can refer back to.
