Troubleshooting: Entered Wrong Information in Tenant Screening

If you entered the wrong info on a tenant screening, you will fail the identity verification and will be presented with a phone number to call and an application ID to give to TransUnion to be verified.


Once verified, TransUnion will send back approval through RentRedi, and you can continue with the screening and make a payment.

No payment is taken unless your identity is verified.
