Your 1099-K form can be delivered in two ways:
Mailed (Physical Copy)
Electronic (PDF Download)
The delivery timeline depends on your payment account type:
Stripe Payment Accounts
Mailed & Electronic Copies: Stripe provides both mailed and electronic 1099-K forms by January 31 each year.
Forms are filed with the IRS and applicable state tax authorities between January and April, based on filing requirements.
You’ll receive a physical copy by mail unless you opted for paperless delivery.
Regardless of your delivery preference, you can download your 1099-K from RentRedi anytime after January 31.
ProPay Payment Accounts
Mailed Copy: 1099-K forms are mailed directly by ProPay, our payment processor, typically before January 31.
Electronic Copy: Downloadable PDF versions of your 1099-K are usually available by the end of February.
How to download 1099-Ks in RentRedi
You can download your electronic 1099-K in RentRedi once available.
Go to your Payment Accounts
Click "Open dashboard" next to the payment account of your choice
Click "Download 1099-K's"
