There are two methods for providing 1099-k's which can operate on different timelines

Electronic

For Stripe accounts (all payment accounts created after July 15th, 2024):
Stripe delivers both Mailed and Electronic 1099-K forms by January 31. These tax forms are filed with the IRS and various state taxing authorities between January to April, per filing requirements (source).
You will receive the forms by mail by January 31st, unless you opted for paperless delivery. Either way, you can download your forms from RentRedi anytime after January 31st.
Go to your Payment Accounts
Click "Open dashboard" next to the payment account of your choice
Click "Download 1099-K's"
For Propay Accounts:
Mailed: 1099-K forms will be sent via direct mail by Propay, our payment processor. 1099-Ks are sent prior to January 31st each year.
Electronic: Additionally, Downloadable, Digital 1099-K's are typically made available my Propay by the end of February.
