If a charge is updated or changed, this does not affect auto-pay for tenants.
When a tenant sets up auto-pay, they specify how much they want to be paid—separate from the actual charge amount.
The purpose of this is to:
Allow roommates to auto-pay just their portion of the rent
Avoid situations where a landlord accidentally typos and (for example) requests $10,000 instead of $1000
