Multiple failed attempts to add a payment method for a subscription may result in a 'risk invalid' error message.

If too many failed attempts to add a card occur, there is a 60-minute block on attempting to add a card.

If you receive this message, try again in 1 hour after triple-checking your card number, security code, exp dates and name on card (including middle initial if you have it).

If you still continue to receive an error when attempting to subscribe to RentRedi, please message our chat team for further help.
