You can update the primary account representative for your payment account in RentRedi by following the steps below!

Steps to update your payment account information: ๐Ÿ‘‡

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Sidebar Toggle to expand the left-side menu.

  2. Click Payments, then click Payment Accounts.

  3. On the Payment Accounts page, choose the account you want to update.

  4. Click Update Account Info.

  5. Under Management and ownership, click Edit.

  6. Update the required details (name, address, SSN/EIN, etc.).

  7. Click Save once finished.

If your account is in Under Review status, please contact our live chat support after completing the update. Weโ€™ll coordinate with our Underwriting team to request an expedited review of your account.
