Need help getting started with RentRedi? Schedule a free onboarding session with one of our specialists! During your session, we'll walk you through the platform, answer your questions, and help you get set up for success.
How to Schedule Your Session
Open the RentRedi app.
Tap Menu.
Scroll down and tap Help.
Select Live Chat.
Tap How to Contact RentRedi.
Scroll to the Onboarding section.
Tap Schedule Onboarding Session.
You'll be redirected to our scheduling page.
Choose a Date and Time
Select your preferred date from the calendar.
Choose one of the available 15 minute appointment times.
Note: Appointment times are displayed in your local time zone.
Enter Your Information
After selecting a time, you'll be asked to provide:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Any questions or topics you'd like to discuss during your onboarding session
Once you've completed the form, click Submit.
Confirm Your Appointment
Your appointment is only confirmed once you reach the confirmation page after submitting your information.
If you don't see the confirmation page, your appointment may not have been successfully scheduled.
After You Book
Once your appointment has been confirmed, you'll automatically receive:
A booking confirmation email.
A calendar invitation containing your meeting details and Google Meet link.
If your email is connected to Google Calendar or another calendar application, the appointment may automatically appear on your calendar.
Appointment Reminder
You'll receive an automatic reminder approximately one hour before your scheduled onboarding session.
Can't Make It?
If you're unable to join your scheduled meeting, don't worry.
If you haven't joined within a few minutes of your scheduled appointment, our Onboarding Specialist will:
Attempt to call the phone number you provided during booking.
Send you an email with instructions to reschedule your appointment.

All onboarding sessions are 15 minutes long.
Is there a cost?
No. Onboarding sessions are completely free.
How do I join the meeting?
Your Google Meet link will be included in your calendar invitation email after your appointment is confirmed.
I didn't receive a confirmation email.
First, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still don't see it, it's possible your appointment wasn't successfully booked. Please schedule another appointment or contact RentRedi Support for assistance.
