Confirm Payment Method with Latchel

Just check to ensure you have a payment method set up with Latchel so they can dispatch Latchel Contractor Network vendors for you!

Once you sign up, you'll receive an email from Latchel to complete your subscription by inputting a payment method

Search your inbox for Latchel's confirmation email:

1. Once you sign up, you'll receive an email from Latchel to complete your subscription by inputting a payment method
2. Search your inbox for Latchel's confirmation email:

Subject Line: Payment Method Required for WO# From: <a href="mailto:scheduler@latchel.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">scheduler@latchel.com</a>

From there, enter your payment method and Latchel will be active for your selected property(s)! 🎉

Check Latchel Status from RentRedi

From your RentRedi dashboard, click the "Properties" bar

The icons displayed on the righthand side of the unit will show it is enabled with Latchel!

The raindrop icon will display active EMERGENCY services

The wrench icon will display active FULL COORDINATION services

These icons will be GREEN if active (as shown in the image below)

1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click the "Properties" bar
2. The icons displayed on the righthand side of the unit will show it is enabled with Latchel!
3. The raindrop icon will display active EMERGENCY services
4. The wrench icon will display active FULL COORDINATION services
5. These icons will be GREEN if active (as shown in the image below)
