After you add Latchel to RentRedi, it will be automatically integrated into your RentRedi account and maintenance system.

Since Latchel is fully integrated, so you won't see a change in the dashboard itself, but you will see a change on each maintenance request!

Any maintenance request submitted will be automatically handled by Latchel, and the statuses will update as they communicate with the tenant.

It will move from New, to Scheduling with Tenant, to finding and sending a maintenance person, to Complete without you needing to do a thing! 🎉
