How long to receive a corrected or updated copy of a 1099-K?
If you have submitted a correction or an update request to your 1099-K, RentRedi will work with the payment processor to get your information updated for your account and 1099-K.
For Propay accounts:
RentRedi will send the W-9 form you submitted to update your account information and 1099-K. It may take 2-4 weeks to receive a revised copy in your mail and digital copies should be available in the same timeline.
For Stripe accounts (or accounts created after July 15, 2024):
After updating your information in your payment account dashboard, message RentRedi's live chat support by tapping the blue circle on your app or at app.rentredi.com to have the updated information re-filed with the payment processor, and the information will be updated on your account.

The revised 1099-K will be available for download almost immediately (within ~ 1 business day). Please note that the revision will only be available on digital copies of the 1099-K.
