What is Latchel?

Latchel is maintenance coordination that your landlord has signed up for. Essentially, this means that when you submit a maintenance ticket via RentRedi, Latchel troubleshooters will reach out to you via text/email to diagnose the issue & schedule a time for the repair.

Then, a contractor will come to fix the issue!

How Does Latchel Work For Me?

After your landlord enables Latchel for your rental, you are notified via email (shown below). In this email, you receive a dedicated number to call in case of an emergency.

Can I still use my RentRedi app to submit repairs for Latchel?

For non-emergency repairs, if your landlord signed up for Full Service Maintenance Coordination, you can still submit maintenance requests to Latchel from yourRentRedi app.

You will be able to submit maintenance requests via your RentRedi app and can access the emergency hotline from your RentRedi app as well!
