1. Set up your RentRedi account
Create your RentRedi account to get started.
Once your account is created, you can begin adding your rental information.
Start by adding the property you manage.
Want to save time? If you have a PDF copy of your lease, use RentRedi's AI-powered setup tool to upload it. Our AI can analyze the lease and help populate your property and tenant information.
You can also add your property manually.
After adding your property, review the property details to make sure everything looks correct.
Add the units associated with your property and review the details, including:
Monthly rent
Lease start date
Lease end date
Month-to-month status, if applicable
Repeat these steps for each unit you manage.
Add the tenants associated with each unit and review their information:
First name
Last name
Email address
Phone number
You can add additional tenants as needed.
Not ready to invite your tenants yet? No problem. You can choose to send their RentRedi invitation later.
Connect your bank account so you can collect rent and security deposits through RentRedi.
When prompted, select the property you want to use the connected bank account for collecting payments.
6. Confirm your details
You're almost there! Before completing setup, review your information and make sure everything is accurate.
You'll be able to review a summary of:
Properties & unit details
Tenant details
Rent details
Payment details
If anything needs to be changed, make your updates before completing setup.
7. List your vacant units (optional)
Have vacant units you're looking to fill? You can list your available units through RentRedi to start attracting applicants. You can also skip this step and create your listings later.
That's it! 🎉From here, you can manage your properties, communicate with tenants, collect rent, handle maintenance, and more—all from RentRedi.
Tip: After you sign up, you'll see each setup step in your account. As you complete and save each step, it will be marked as complete, making it easy to track your progress and make sure nothing is missed.
