Want to customize your rental application process? RentRedi makes it easy to build a custom rental application template tailored to your needs.
Choose the questions you want to ask, streamline your screening process, and ensure applicants provide all the information you require—right from the start. ✅

Follow these steps👇
From your RentRedi dashboard, click your name in the upper-right
Click Settings
In your Settings page, click Feature Settings
Scroll down and find the Custom Rental Applications section, then click Modify
Click Template Library
Then select Create New to start building your template
Name your template
Choosing an existing template as your base
You can pick one from the default templates
Default RentRedi Application
Default RentRedi Prequalification
California Association of Realtors Rental Application
Arizona Rental Application
Click Continue to move forward
Customize by keeping or deleting questions as needed.
To make a question required, click "Mark Required" (it will show a blue checkmark).
Click "Save & Continue" to move forward.
Apply the template to:
A specific property
A specific unit
All properties and units
Choose the template type and click "Save & Exit."
Done! 🎉
💡Want to create a Template from Scratch?
Go back to your Template Library and click +Create New
Select "Create a Template from Scratch" and click "Continue."
To include pre-built sections:
Click "Add a Pre-Built Section."
Select from RentRedi’s prequalification or application sections.
Click "Add Sections."
To add your own custom questions:
Click "Add Blank Section."
Create your question and click "Save Changes."
Apply the template to specific properties or units as needed.
Choose the template type and click "Save & Exit."
