Need to Find a Deposit?
No worries! 😊 You can easily track your deposits in RentRedi by following the steps below.
How to Find Your Deposits: 👇
From your RentRedi Dashboard, type “Deposit” into the search bar in the upper-left side.
Select Deposits Made from the results.
You’ll be taken to the Deposit Tracking page, where you can view all deposits sent to your bank.
On Deposits Made, you will see:
💲 Transfer Amount → shows the total of the batched payments or deposit amount
🔗 Payment(s) Linked → lists the individual tenant payments included in that batch
🏦 Deposit To → shows which bank account the funds were sent to
💡 Tips for Tracking Deposits
🏠 Property-specific deposits
Use the Property filter to view deposits for a specific property.📅 Older deposits (past 30 days)
Use the Deposit Date filter to view deposits from the past 30, 60, or 90 days, all time, or a custom date range.
👤 Renter-specific deposits
Use the Paid By filter to track deposits made by a particular tenant.
