If you've tried to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your RentRedi subscription through the mobile app, you may have noticed that those options aren't available there.
To manage your subscription, please log in to your RentRedi account through a web browser at app.rentredi.com.
Apple and Google have their own rules and requirements regarding subscription management, which can change over time. Similar to other major platforms such as Spotify, Netflix, and Disney+, RentRedi subscriptions can only be managed through our web dashboard. This allows us to provide a consistent, secure, and reliable experience for all users, regardless of their device type.
How to Manage Your Subscription
No worries, managing your subscription is easy and takes a few minutes: 👇
Open a web browser on your computer, phone, or tablet.
Navigate to app.rentredi.com.
Sign in using your RentRedi account credentials.
Click your name at the upper-right.
Select Settings.
From there, you can view your Account Settings and:
Upgrade or downgrade your plan
Update your payment method
View billing history and invoices
Cancel your subscription
Any changes you make through the web dashboard will automatically sync with your RentRedi mobile app. ✅
