What Is Renters Insurance?
Renters insurance can help protect your personal belongings and provide coverage for certain losses or liabilities, depending on your policy. Renters insurance is provided by SURE Insurance, a third-party insurance provider partnered with RentRedi.
Get Renters Insurance Through RentRedi
You can get a SURE insurance policy directly from the RentRedi mobile app or web portal.
RentRedi App 📲
Open the RentRedi app.
Tap Insure.
Select Get Renters Insurance.
Enter your information to find a policy.
Add your payment details to complete your purchase.
RentRedi Web Portal 💻
Log in to the RentRedi tenant portal (tenant.rentredi.com).
Go to Documents ➜ Insurance.
Click Get Started.
Complete the SURE sign-up process.
Already Have Renters Insurance?
If you already have your own renters insurance policy, you can upload proof of coverage to RentRedi and share it with your landlord.
RentRedi App 📲
Open the RentRedi app.
Tap Insure. ➜ Select I Have Insurance.
Take a photo, upload an image, or select a file.
Tap Accept Policy.
RentRedi Web Portal 💻
Log in to the RentRedi tenant portal (tenant.rentredi.com).
Go to Documents ➜ Insurance.
Select the option to indicate that you already have insurance.
Upload your policy document.
Done! ✅ Your uploaded policy will then appear on the Insurance page.
Managing Your SURE Policy
SURE Insurance issues and manages the insurance policies purchased through RentRedi. RentRedi does not have access to your policy details. For questions about your policy, including coverage changes or cancellation, contact SURE directly:
