We have updated our systems to provide you with a way of viewing the transaction history directly within RentRedi instead of needing to go through Digitizs now too!
Here is how you can update your bank account now:
1. Click the gear icon
2. Click “Settings”
3. Click “Feature Settings”
4. Under “Receive Payments”, click the “Modify” button
5. Under “Reports”, click “Transaction Report”
6. Select the date to start at “Search”.
7. You should then see your tenant’s payment under “Pending Transactions” or “Completed Transactions"
