Need to update a charge to account for a rent forgiveness agreement with your tenant?
On your RentRedi dashboard, click on the Rent section
Click the charge you'd like to add a credit for
Click Add Payment
Enter the amount paid (the credit you'd like to add), date paid, and select Other from the Payment Method dropdown
Add a note that indicates the amount paid is for a credit
Click Save
Done! 🎉
