Follow the steps below to edit your application and resubmit it for review.
Note: You can only edit an application after the landlord has requested changes. If you need to update your application but do not see a Changes Requested status, please contact the landlord and ask them to request changes first.
Mobile App
Open the RentRedi app and tap Apply.
Locate the application with the Changes Requested status.
Tap Edit.
Review and update your application answers as needed.
Upload any additional documents requested.
Continue through the remaining steps.
Be sure to sign and send your application to resubmit it.
Tenant Web Portal
Log in to the RentRedi Tenant Portal at tenant.rentredi.com.
You'll find the application displaying the message: "⚠️ Some changes were requested for this application."
Click Edit Now.
Review and update your application information as needed.
Upload any additional documents requested.
Continue through the remaining steps.
Be sure to sign and send your application to resubmit it.
Done! ✅ You've successfully resubmitted your application. Please wait for the decision from the landlord.
