If you accidentally signed up as a teammate or landlord instead of a tenant, there’s no need to worry! You can still log in to RentRedi using the same credentials (email and password). 😊
There’s no need to create a new account. You’ll just need to switch your account to the correct view inside the app to access the tenant features.
Follow the steps below!
Log in to the RentRedi App.
Tap your name initials at the upper-right corner of your screen.
Tap Switch to Tenant Mode.
Your app will then switch layouts and display all the features available for tenants!
