If you have maintenance coordination enabled through Latchel, you can quickly identify which properties have coverage and see the type of maintenance plan assigned to each property directly from your RentRedi dashboard.
How to Check Your Latchel Service Plan
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Properties tab.
Find the property or unit you want to review.
Look for the raindrop or wrench icons displayed on the right-hand side of the unit.
Icon Status
When a Latchel service is active for a unit, the corresponding icon will appear green, as shown in the image below.
Understanding the Latchel Icons
💧 Raindrop Icon — Indicates Emergency Maintenance Coordination is active.
🔧 Wrench Icon — Indicates Full Maintenance Coordination is active.
