If you're manually adding a bank account (ACH) to pay rent, utilities, or other charges, you'll verify your bank account using a microdeposit.

You'll receive a $0.01 microdeposit in your bank account within 1–2 business days. The deposit description will include a 3-letter verification code, which you'll use to verify your bank account in the RentRedi App or at tenant.rentredi.com.

Once your microdeposit has been sent, we'll also email the address associated with your RentRedi account to let you know it's on the way!

Track Your Microdeposit Status

You can track your microdeposit in your Wallet or during payment setup. Your bank account will display one of the following statuses:

  • Scheduled – Your microdeposit has been scheduled but hasn't been sent yet.

  • On the way – Your microdeposit has been sent and should arrive within 1–2 business days.

  • Ready to verify – Your microdeposit has arrived. Check the deposit description for your verification code, then return to RentRedi to verify your bank account.

  • Verified – Your bank account has been successfully verified and is ready to use for payments.

  • Failed – Your bank verification was unsuccessful. Double-check your bank account details and try again, or choose a different verification method if one is available.

Note: When the microdeposit has arrived in your bank, make sure to complete the verification in RentRedi within 72 hours, or your verification code will expire.
