When enabled, federal guidelines around criminal record reporting and evictions are automatically factored in by TransUnion during the screening process, helping you stay compliant without any extra steps. 🏠
The screening experience remains the same for both landlords and applicants.
Simply enable the Affordable Housing option when creating a new property, or update an existing property by following the steps below.
For New Properties
Select Add Property
On the property details page, check Affordable Housing box
For Current Properties
Go to your Screening Rules
Select your Affordable Housing Property
Check the Affordable Housing box
