How to Customize Tenant Notification Messages for Push vs. Email

Want to send a different message to your tenant in the app and their email? No problem!


Follow the instructions below! πŸ˜„

  1. On your RentRedi dashboard, click the "Send" button on the Communication tab

  2. Click "Send Notification"

  3. Select how you’d like the tenant to receive the notification (via phone, email, or both)

  4. Select which tenant should receive the notification ("All Properties" sends to all tenants; "Property" sends to all tenants in a single property; "Unit" sends to tenants of a single unit)

  5. Under In-App message, this is the push notifications tenants receive through the app. Email is the message that gets sent to the tenant's email address. Fill out the notification with what you'd like the tenant to receive for their app and email. These can be separately customized! πŸ™Œ

  6. Click β€œSend”
