Want to check in on the status of a repair-submitted to Latchel?

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click into the "Maintenance" tab

  2. Select the repair request you'd like to check

  3. You'll be able to see the status of the repair from there!

Note: Latchel reaches out to the tenant for more information regarding the repair before moving forward. They will reach out daily for 3 days. If the tenant doesn't reply within that time, they will reach out to you regarding the issue. 😊
