Archived a previous tenant and need to access their records again? No problem! You can restore an archived tenant in just a few steps. šŸ™Œ

Restoring a tenant allows you to access their previous rental history and records without losing any of their information.

Restore an Archived Tenant

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click Properties.

  2. Select the unit where the tenant was previously assigned.

  3. Click the Charges tab.

  4. Open a charge that was previously associated with or paid by the tenant.

  5. Under Viewed By, click the prior tenant.

  6. You'll be taken to their profile, then click the ā‹® menu at the top right.

  7. Select Restore Archived Tenant.

What Happens After You Restore the Tenant?

Once restored:

  • The tenant will reappear in your Prior Tenants list.

  • Their historical charges and records will remain intact.

  • You'll be able to access their account information again as needed.

Note: Restoring an archived tenant is a quick way to regain access to their rental history while keeping your records organized.
