Tenant Applied to Incorrect Unit

If the tenant has already submitted an application & screening under the wrong unit number, RentRedi cannot retroactively change the unit number, as changing the info would be forging something the tenant did not agree to.

The good news is it does not impact your ability to connect the tenant to a different unit in RentRedi!

You can still add the tenant to any unit using the following steps: Add a Tenant
