Want to give your property owners visibility into their properties without juggling emails or spreadsheets? You can easily invite owners into RentRedi so they can view property details and collaborate with you—all in one place. ✅

Best part? Adding owners as teammates is completely free! 🎉

How to Add an Owner as a Teammate 👥

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of your RentRedi dashboard.

  2. Select Team Members from the dropdown.

  3. Under the Teammates section, click Add Teammate.

  4. Enter the owner’s name and email address.

  5. Set Access Role—Choose the access you want to allow.

    1. Owner (View Only)

      1. Can only view assigned properties, tenants, and reports.

    2. Teammate or Property Manager

      • This is the highest level of access you can allow, second only to your account access.

      • They can view and edit properties, tenants, and access reports. You control which properties and modules they can access.

      • Can access most features, except payment accounts, custom applications, and teammate invitations.

  6. Click Add Teammate to send the invite.

That’s it! 🎉 The owner will receive an email invitation to join your RentRedi account.


Steps for Owners

  1. Check your inbox for the Teammate Invite email.

    • Subject line: [Action Required] Accept Teammate Invite

  2. Click the blue Connect button in the email.

  3. You’ll be redirected to RentRedi to create your account.

  4. Enter your:

    • First and last name

    • Phone number

    • Password

Once you’re set up, you’ll be able to toggle into the shared RentRedi account that the property manager has given you access to! 👏
