Teammate Types
There are a few teammate types and access rules to choose from.
Here's an overview to meet the needs of you and your team:
Teammate/ Property Manager:
These are the highest access options, second to the primary account holder. The difference in title aligns with your business model.
Teammates and property managers can access everything, excluding payment accounts, custom applications, and teammate invitations.
Maintenance Person:
This role is for contractors, vendors, and other similar personnel. Their view is rooted in updating and completing maintenance requests.
Note: View Access lets them see the request; Edit Access will allow them to make changes, update the status, and input labor and material costs.
Listing Agent:
This role is for any external listing agent or broker who assists with listings and the procurement of tenants. Their view revolves around properties, listings, applications, and prequalifications.
Owner (View Only):
This role allows property managers who are the primary account holders to designate view-only access for property owners. They will be able to view their properties, the associated charges, and tenants, but cannot make any changes to the system data.
For Owner access, under Set Access Rules, select Owner (view only).
Indicate the access your teammate can have for Tasks (Only View, Can't View).
Indicate the access to different modules the owner can view (All Modules, Maintenance, Notifications, Properties, Rent, Renters). You will also select the properties this owner can view in this section.
