Making Your Teammate the Primary User

Do you want to give a teammate primary account access in RentRedi?

Follow the steps below!

First, we'll need to delete the account associated with the teammate

  1. If you are not already logged into the RentRedi app, you will need to log in with your email address and password

  2. In the pop-up that appears, enter the email and password associated with your teammate's account to verify your account access

  3. Click Delete Account

  4. The account deletion request email is sent to your inbox with a button to confirm you want to delete your account

  5. Account deletion requests will expire in 1 hour

  6. If you click the button to confirm account deletion, a new tab will open and show the success message that indicates your account was successfully deleted

Now that the teammate's account has been deleted, we can update the primary email to reflect the prior teammate's email

  1. Enter the email and password associated with your current credentials in the top two sections

  2. Enter the teammate's email in the New Email section below

  3. Click Update Email and allow the system a moment to make the needed changes

Done!
