Occasionally a teammate account might see a popup asking for a subscription payment. A common cause of this is when a person with a teammate or maintenance account creates a property under their own account (not the main account) or because they signed up as a landlord or property manager.
If a teammate is experiencing issues where they are taken to the setup screen/being asked to complete payment, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Go to the Teammate Invite email and click “Accept”
2. Then go to app.rentredi.com and toggle to the account shared with you
