Sometimes, you may need to create a maintenance request manually. For instance, you may want to post any issues that need to be addressed before listing the property after doing a walkthrough. Alternatively, you may want to create a request on behalf of the tenants. Here's how you can do it:

Or, follow the instructions below π
- Click the + icon next to the Maintenance card from the dashboard 
- Select the unit and property for the repair request and click Continue 
- Enter the details of the issue and click Save and Continue 
- Upload your video of the issue or add expense information and click Save Changes 
That's it! Your manual maintenance request has been completed! π
