Sometimes, you may want or need to create a manual maintenance request.

For example, before the tenant moves in, you can do a walkthrough and post any issues that need to be completed prior to listing the property. Or, you may want to create one on behalf of the tenants. Please note: manually created maintenance requests are not visible to the tenants.

  1. Click the "+" icon from the dashboard

  2. Select the unit and property for the repair request

  3. Enter the details of the issue

  4. Upload your video of the issue
