Did you send your tenant a lease to e-sign? Did they accidentally decline to sign?
No worries! We have just the steps to help them complete the e-signature process.
Click the bell icon in the upper right-hand corner of the website or app
Select the notification that the tenant declined to sign
Click Request Resubmission
Done!
Your tenant will be prompted to e-sign again and once they have completed the process, you'll be prompted to complete the final signature.
