Sometimes, you may want or need to create a manual maintenance request.

For example, before the tenant moves in, you can do a walkthrough and post any issues that need to be completed prior to listing the property. Or, you may want to create one on behalf of the tenants. Please note: manually created maintenance requests are not visible to the tenants.

Step 1: Click the "+" icon from the dashboard

Step 2: Select the unit and property for the repair request

Step 3: Enter the details of the issue

Step 4: Upload your video of the issue

DONE! 🎉

Your manual maintenance request has been completed. 😄
