You can use Calendly to set appointments with prospective tenants.

Note: Calendly is free with one event type, so we'll show you how to do that with multiple units, and listings/lease signings all for free. 😊If you prefer to do them all separate, you can upgrade to their paid plans.

Set up RentRedi and Calendly:

  • Tenants pick a time from your available times for a showing
  • Available times automatically get updated when one is taken 
  • The event automatically gets added to your calendar in RentRedi 
  • It's free! 

Steps:

  1. Go to https://calendly.com/ and enter your gmail address (or any email address if you are not going to use gmail).

    Tip: Sign up with the same email as you use for RentRedi (so events automatically show on your RentRedi dashboard as well)

  2. Click the gear icon and then click "Delete"
    (repeat for each event, to delete all default events)
  3. Once all events are deleted, click "+ New Event Type" 
  4. Enter an event name (ex. Meet: Barone Properties),
     event link (ex. /meet-barone-properties),
    and 
  5. Click "Next"
  6. Set the event duration, date range, timezone,
    your "available" dates/times
  7. Click "Next"
  8. Click "Invitee Questions"
  9. Click "+ Add New Question"
  10. Add Question To Select Property
    For Question, enter “Property & Unit?”
    Click “Required”
    For Answer Type, select “Radio Buttons”
    For each of the Answers, enter each available unit (address & unit #)
    • Click "Apply"
  11. Click "+ Add New Question" (again)
  12. Add Question To Select Showing/Signing
    For Question, enter "Purpose?"
    For Answer Type, select “Radio Buttons”
    Enter two Answers: "To View Unit" and "To Sign Lease"
    • Click "Apply"
  13. Click "Save & Close"
  14. Click "< Event Types" in the top left
  15. Click the gear icon and click "Copy Link"
