Accept, Reject, or Delete an Application

Move an applicant through the decision process by accepting or rejecting their application. Applications can be deleted if needed.

It's important to maintain your application funnel and records. RentRedi makes it easy and streamlined to approve or reject an application while viewing. If need, applications can also be deleted, but this is not recommended. Any edits that need to be made on an application can be done by requesting the application update and resubmit the application.

Accept or Reject an Application

With RentRedi, the process to accept or reject an application is simple and streamlined. Follow the instructions below or click take a quick tour below.

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Applications bar to expand and view all applications

  2. Select the application you'd like to view

  3. At the top right, click Accept or Reject (*modify the message as desired)

  4. Click Confirm to send

*Note: If you're accepting the applications, you can modify the message to include information about lease signing (which you can send from RentRedi)

Delete an Application

Deleting an application is possible but not recommended. Be sure you are complying with your local requirements regarding document preservation. In most cases, a deletion can be prevented by rejecting the application or requesting that the application make updates to their application.

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Applications bar to expand and view all applications

  2. Select the application you'd like to delete

  3. Click on ••• More

  4. Click Delete

  5. Click Yes, Delete Tenant Card to confirm
