Need to update your bank details? No problem!
Keeping your bank account information up to date ensures you receive payments without delays.
Follow the steps below to update your Stripe deposit account in RentRedi. š
Access your Payment Accounts dashboard
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Expand Sidebar Ā» button.
Click Payments, then select Payment Accounts.
On the Payment Accounts page, click the account you want to update.
Updating your Bank Details
Click Update Deposit Account.
Click Connect Bank Account.
Search for your bank, select it, and log in using your bank credentials.
Once your account is successfully linked, click Done.
Click Submit.
Done! ā
Important Note:
In most cases, your payment account is verified automatically. If additional information is needed, youāll receive an email from RentRediās Underwriting team at [email protected] with the next steps to complete your account setup.
Prefer Not to Use Your Bank Login?
No problem! You can connect your bank account using your account and routing numbers instead.
Please note that this option requires manual verification, which typically takes 1ā2 business days to complete.
While in the bank setup, click Manually verify instead.
Enter your account and routing numbers.
Check your bank statement for the micro-deposit amounts.
Please wait 1-2 business days for the micro-deposits to arrive in your bank account & an email from Stripe to verify your account.
A confirmation email will be sent right away - this will let you know that you entered your account & routing numbers in correctly!

Once you verify the micro-deposit and get the confirmation page below:

Click Submit to continue saving your account.
Important Note:
It typically takes 1ā2 business days to receive your verification code via email or as a $0.01 micro-deposit in your bank account.
Once you receive the codeāeither by email or in the deposit descriptionāplease complete the verification promptly within RentRedi.
The verification is valid for up to 10 days from the date the setup is initiated. If itās not completed within that timeframe, the setup will expire, and youāll need to start the process again.
