How to send a chat: 👇
On your RentRedi dashboard, click the "Send" icon on the Communication tab
Click Send Chat
Send To: Search for the tenant, the property, or the unit you want to send a chat
Title: A default title is set for the chat; can be customized if needed!
Message: Enter the chat message you want to send
Your name: The default name will match your account's name; can be customized by clicking Edit
Click Send Message
Done! 🎉
