Need to update a teammate’s email address or adjust their permissions in RentRedi?
Whether a coworker changed emails or you want to modify what a teammate can access, you can easily update their information from your dashboard.
This guide will walk you through how to edit a teammate’s access in just a few simple steps.
Edit a Teammate’s Access in RentRedi
From your RentRedi dashboard, click your name in the upper-right corner.
Click Team Members.
In the Teammates section, click the email address of the teammate you want to update.
Edit the teammate’s information, including:
Name
Email address
Access modules
Properties they have permission to access
Once you finish making updates, click Update Access.
What Happens If You Change a Teammate’s Email?
If you update the teammate’s email address, a confirmation pop-up will appear before the change is applied.
The previous email address will not receive a notification.
Access tied to the old email address will be removed immediately.
A new email invitation will be sent to the updated email address.
To confirm the change, click Replace teammate.
If you only need to update permissions and do not want to replace the teammate, click Cancel and keep the original email address.
