If you're a teammate trying to send a chat message to a tenant but see the error:
“No Tenants Found. Please ensure the admin has given you 'Edit'-level 'Notifications' access to properties with tenants.”
it likely means the main account holder hasn’t granted you access to the Notifications module.
Here's what you can do:
1. Contact the main account holder (landlord or property manager).
2. Ask them to go to Settings > Teammates, then click on your email.
3. They can change your access rules to let you view & edit notifications module for some or all properties and click on "Update Access".
After access rules are updated, you should be able to send new chat messages.
