If you're a teammate trying to send a chat message to a tenant but see the error:
“No Tenants Found. Please ensure the admin has given you 'Edit'-level 'Notifications' access to properties with tenants.”
It likely means the main account user hasn’t granted you access to the Notifications module.
To Fix the Issue:
Contact the main account holder (landlord or property manager).
Ask them to update the permissions they allowed for your account to include "Notifications".
Steps for the Main Account Holder:
From your RentRedi dashboard, click your name in the upper-right.
Click Team members.
In the Teammates section, click your teammate's email address.
Update the access rules and make sure to select:
View & Edit for Notifications
Done! ✅ After the access rules have been updated, you should be able to send new chat messages.
