Teammate Invite Troubleshooting

Are you a teammate, maintenance personnel, owner, or someone who was granted shared access to a RentRedi account, but you can’t find the option to switch views and access the shared account data? Or, are you being prompted to pay for a subscription for your teammate account?

No worries — this guide will help you troubleshoot the issue! ✅

Why does this happen?

This issue usually occurs for one of the following reasons:

  • A teammate, maintenance personnel, or owner may have accidentally created a separate property under their own RentRedi account instead of accessing the main landlord’s account, or

  • You may have signed up for RentRedi directly, but have not yet accepted the teammate invitation sent by the landlord.

How to Troubleshoot: 👇

Follow these steps to connect to the shared account properly.

  1. Go to the email inbox associated with your RentRedi account.

  2. Look for the RentRedi teammate invitation email.

    • Subject line: [Action Required] Accept Teammate Invite

  3. Open the email and click the blue Connect button.

  4. After clicking the button, a new RentRedi page will open.

  5. On the main dashboard, you’ll see a message that says: “You are viewing as a teammate of [Landlord Name]” confirming that you are now accessing the shared account.

Done! ✅ You should be able to view the properties and permissions shared with your account.
